Carlana Charles longed for more in her professional life than what the corporate world had to offer. Prior to venturing into the world of self-employment, she was the General Operations Manager for the Caribbean branch of a UK-based international taxation and company formation and management firm and yet, feelings of unfulfillment in the corporate world consumed her. Armed with over 11 years experience in various administrative support, customer service, sales, marketing and managerial capacities under her belt, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a business owner.
